Since 2021, Shine 99 Home Services has been making homes in Squamish shine with top-notch exterior cleaning services. We handle everything from roof cleaning and gutter clearing to window washing, house washing, and pressure washing. In winter, we light up homes with beautiful holiday displays and keep properties safe with snow removal services.
We work hard, but we know how to have fun too. Climbing, biking, and staff BBQs are all part of our team culture. We’re a growing company with plenty of opportunities for those who want to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
The Role
Are you eager to work hard, get your hands dirty, and learn new skills in a fast-paced outdoor environment? Shine 99 is looking for an enthusiastic Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you’ll be supervised and mentored by our Lead Technician while taking on essential cleaning and maintenance tasks that make homes shine. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and excited to develop your skills, this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Get Homes Sparkling: Perform roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and window cleaning services.
Learn from the Best: Work alongside the Lead Technician to gain skills, knowledge, and experience in the field.
Client Interaction: Occasionally chat with customers to answer questions and help deliver an awesome service experience.
Tool Care: Help maintain equipment and learn to troubleshoot minor repairs.
Team Player: Support your crew and contribute to efficient, safe workdays.
Stay Safe: Follow safety protocols at all times.

Valid Driver’s License: Preferred but not required.
